You already have permission.
You have permission to create, to speak up, and stand up.
You have permission to ask the tough questions…and expect answers.
You have permission to be generous, to fail, and to be vulnerable.
You have permission to own your words, to matter and to help.
No need to wait.
All boats leak. There's always a defect, always a slow drip, somewhere. Every plan, every organization, every venture has a glitch.

It’s all changing, isn’t it? The way we listen to music, I mean. It’s nothing like it was even 5 years ago.
I’m not going to be so cliché as to recount the history of modern HiFi starting with albums and Reel–to–Reel tape (by the way, if you haven’t yet, get your hands, and ears, on Dave Grohl’s Sound City Real to Reel project. Both the video and the music are spectacular.) through cassettes (yes, they could be High Fidelity given the right equipment…. Snob!) and CD’s and onto the iPod. You know the drill there.
I read this morning that Apple’s new headquarters in Cupertino, one of Steve Jobs’ final visions is 2 BILLION dollars over budget…and it’s not done yet! I thought only government could mess up a budget that badly.
